  Alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, Mechanical Engineer with over 27 years of industry experience. He has held senior management roles at Pentair Water (Country Head) and Purolator (General Manager) before founding Alpha Mindz in 2007.

• Candie Anand – Director
  Electronics Engineer with 24+ years of expertise across Maintenance, Testing, Design, and Training. Co-founded Alpha Mindz with a vision to transform corporate learning and professional development.

• Rupa Sawant – Sr. Manager, Business Development
  BBA graduate from Goa University and Executive MBA from GIM. Over 12 years of experience driving business growth and training solutions with Alpha Mindz since 2007.

• Deepa Prabhu – Sr. Manager, Marketing
  BBA graduate from Goa University and Executive MBA from GIM. Brings 12+ years of experience in marketing and training, contributing to the brand’s expansion and outreach since 2007.
