Amod Mardolkar Productions is a Goa-based media production house founded by the passionate filmmaker, actor, and former professional bodybuilder Amod Mardolkar. From winning bodybuilding titles to creating impactful films and music videos, Amod’s journey is one of relentless determination, creativity, and vision. His production house is today recognized as a growing force in film making, media works, and music video production in Goa and across India.
The Journey of Amod Mardolkar
Amod’s career began not in films, but on the bodybuilding stage. With five years of dedication, discipline, and training, he earned the prestigious Mr. Goa title twice, in 2011 and 2014. This achievement reflects his commitment to excellence, perseverance, and the pursuit of goals—values that continue to shape his work in the film and media industry today.
Although bodybuilding gave him fame and recognition, Amod always carried a deep passion for cinema. His dream was not only to act but also to tell stories that would inspire and entertain. To pursue this dream, he enrolled in Vinsan Academy of Film School & Media, Panaji, Goa, in 2017. Here, he refined his filmmaking skills and gained formal training.
Even before his studies, Amod had already made his mark in the film industry with his debut movie “NOSHAA”, released in October 2016. A groundbreaking production, NOSHAA became one of the first action thrillers in the Konkani film industry, proving that regional cinema could deliver powerful storytelling and high-quality entertainment.
Stepping Into Production
Determined to create films under his own vision, Amod launched Amod Mardolkar Productions. His first project under this banner was Fully Artistic Killer Entertainment (FAKE), released on February 1st, 2019. The film showcased his ability not only as an actor but also as a producer and storyteller. With FAKE, Amod demonstrated his capacity to deliver unique stories that blend creativity, suspense, and entertainment.
