Arch. Avinash Devdatta Borkar – Principal Architect

Graduating as a Silver Medalist from Goa College of Architecture in 1996, Avinash founded Gauravi Creations India the same year. With over two decades of practice, he brings:

·         Expertise in scale, proportions, and perspective sketching for aesthetic balance.

·         Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial projects.

·         Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, joinery, and materials.

·         Proven capability in delivering economical turnkey interior projects.

·         Leadership that motivates teams and guides clients with patience and understanding.

Beyond architecture, Avinash is a multifaceted personality—an excellent motivator, speaker, singer, passionate cricketer, and culinary enthusiast. He is also socially active, associated with Lions Club of Margao, Samraat Club of Margao, and BNI Goa (Senior Director).

Arch. Gauri Borkar plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of Gauravi Creations. Her design sensibilities, attention to detail, and passion for innovation ensure that every project reflects both artistic flair and functional intelligence.
