Mozaic is a distinguished design practice based in Goa, integrating architecture, interiors, and product design to provide holistic, innovative solutions. Founded in 2001, Mozaic has continually pushed the boundaries of creativity, functionality, and sustainability, developing a unique design language recognized both nationally and internationally. Our Founders

Dean D’Cruz – Principal Architect

Dean D’Cruz, a graduate of the prestigious J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, established his practice in Goa in 1989 and co-founded Mozaic in 2001. With a deep commitment to sustainability, Dean has been at the forefront of integrating environmental consciousness into design, gaining prominence in India and abroad since 2012.

He has designed over 250 houses, 50 hotels, 30 housing complexes, and 30 institutional, office, and industrial projects. His expertise today is particularly strong in hospitality, encompassing boutique hotels, jungle lodges, and resorts exceeding 200 rooms. Dean has conducted workshops and seminars on architecture, planning, and the environment and has contributed to academic collaborations with the Royal Institute of Art, Stockholm, Oxford Brookes University, UK, and PRATT Institute, New York. His works and articles have been featured in leading architectural magazines globally, and he serves as a jury member for numerous award platforms.

Reboni Saha – Co-Founder and Head of Product Design

Reboni Saha graduated in Industrial Design from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, in 1994. She heads Mozaic’s product design division, focusing on the integration of architecture, interiors, and industrial design to create practical, innovative solutions.

Reboni’s extensive experience spans appliance design for IFB Industries, lighting and fan design for Crompton Greaves Electricals, interior and cabin design for Indian Railways via Kineco Industries, capital goods design such as blow molding machines for Sidel, and hospitality design for Taj Hotels. She has also undertaken social design projects, including designing a mobile school, areca nut leaf tableware, and wooden toys for local cooperatives. Her work reflects a dedication to creating products that are both functional and environmentally responsible.
